Paper Piecing Tutorial

We have Technique Week at the Penny Black blog with coloring tutorials everyday.
Elizabeth Allan showed us yesterday her wonderful watercolor crayons tutorial.
Carole Kisch will show us tomorrow how to achieve a stamped watercolor effect.
Today I will show you the Paper Piecing technique

Supplies: Penny Black Snow Kiss stamp, white cardstock, black ink, coordinated patterned papers, dimensional adhesive, pergamano scissors, die cuts, greeting sticker or stamp.

Begin by stamping the Penny Black image onto white cardstock and choose your coordinated patterned papers.
Continue stamping the image onto the patterned papers
.
Trim pieces of the stamp with scissors or a craft knife and assemble. Add glitter to Mimi’s hat and coat trim

Adhere the pieces using dimensional adhesive to “pop” certain elements.

Adhere image(s) to your card front and you’re finished!

Thanks for stopping by!
